About LadyIrish3

LadyIrish3 is a business that is a family owned and operated by Pilar Tellez & Kimberlea Snegirev, a Big Sis/Lil Sis Team. What makes this business so special for them is the fact that they recently just found each other back in 1997, another wonderful family had adopted Pilar as a baby.

They had been looking for each other for a number of years and finally their Mom heard about a Mother/Daughter team search agency and contacted them. Pilar and Kimberlea bonded almost immediately and ever since then Pilar has become Kimberlea’s  "Guardian Angel" and "Protector". They are both very precious to each other; it's almost as if they have been together all our lives. People have asked if they are twins, cause they look a lot alike, have the same thoughts, and make the same expressions, (if Pilar weren't a couple years older they probably could be twins).

Pilar has had her own crafting business in the past but with other events in her life, she had to put that business on hold. Kimberlea started gaining an interest in web design and dreamed of becoming a professional web designer. One day they were chatting and Pilar asked Kimberlea about setting up a website to sell her crafts online as gifts. Within 2 weeks they went from just a wonderful and fun thought to a fully operational website. Although they have a variety of heritages in their bloodline, they are mostly Irish and a normal shamrock has 3 heart shaped sections, so this is where they came up with the name LadyIrish3.
